We are committed to sustainable models of food production, respect for the environment and ethical business practices. So, for example, we are committed to stocking fair trade products, organic foodstuffs, and reducing food miles through purchasing near to source whenever possible.
Golightly & Gently is a worker co-operative owned and run by its workforce. There are currently no retail worker co-operatives in Glasgow, and we aim to provide an example of good practice in this sector.
